度假酒店環境不錯，設施比較新，有很好的兩個泳池，每天都有小孩子娛樂項目，有獨立沙灘，但是酒店裡的消費很貴。服務嚴重跟不上，明明付款過的費用，退房時讓我再次付款。

舒服的住宿環境，可以直接走到沙灘，也有機場接駁車，蠻方便的，離會安古城很近，這次來峴港旅遊是很棒的體驗

The rooms were beautiful with large comfortable beds and amazing views! Staff were polite and helpful! There were two large swimming pools to choose from. Local food was easy to find nearby, and downtown Hoi An was just a short taxi ride away. Food and drinks at the hotel were a bit expensive, but the overall experience was amazing!

전반적으로깔끔하고조식또한먹을만했습니다 프라이빗비치또한좋았고... 조식엔비빔밥을포함해한국인들이즐겨먹는음식이매일나와서 오래머물러도음식에질리지않았어요 단점은수영장운영시간이오후7시까지라조금아쉬웠습니다 오후9시까지하면저녁수영도많이할것같아요 호이안가는셔틀배차시간도더늘렸으면합니다 위2가지외엔모두좋았어요

Great location close to Hoi An and An Bang beach. Clean. Breakfast buffet service cancelled be improved - servers were quite aggressive in cleaning up, took away our full plates of food a couple times while we went to take our coffee, and also one time trying to take away my plate when I was still eating holding onto my fork with food halfway to my mouth, pretty crazy waitresses and waiters. Free shuttle to Hoi An was good but very restrictive, go-by-the-book services only one in the morning one in the afternoon and MUST BOOK 2 hrs ahead. Front desk staff was good especially evening front desk staff, friendly accommodating and professional.

雖然給了五分，但也不是十分滿意。比如，辦理入住時，感覺很一般，沒有人送行李，行李再多也要自己拿到房間，難道因為沒有住別墅，五星酒店就不送行李到房間嗎？當找不到房間時，詢問工作人員，也沒有帶著過去，還是要自已找。房間的設施還行，空調沒有什麼噪音。酒店外，旁邊的一家小店賣的salty coffee超極好喝。酒店晚上的自助餐不錯，實現了海鮮自由吃，BBQ裡有龍蝦、蟹、貝、螺，該有的海鮮都有，不限量，不似在國內，吃到後面好的海鮮就沒有了，這裡一直都有。價格折算後大約每人300元左右，不含酒水，我們同主管談，每人送了兩瓶啤酒，這樣就不用單買酒水了。自助餐就在沙灘上，有歌手唱歌，有海風徐徐地吹，有美食和美景，比較推薦。

房間跳閘了兩次，讓工作人員來修了兩次，海邊的海水説實話一般，有點像大梅沙，工作人員是很好的，離古鎮打車30元的樣子

I booked a night at this resort for our final evening in Hoi An, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. The property is expansive, offering all the facilities and amenities one would expect from a 5-star resort. While the location is a bit removed from the center of town, it’s still accessible—using Grab, it typically took us around 20 minutes each way. Our children absolutely loved their time here; they swam in every pool and enjoyed all the playgrounds. Unfortunately, we didn’t get a chance to try out the private beach as it was simply too hot during our visit. The breakfast and dinner buffet were, in my opinion, average and featured much of the same selection as the in-room dining menu. One small issue: there were quite a few tiny black insects on our balcony. They didn’t get inside our room, so it wasn’t a major concern for us, but I mention it as it may be important to some guests. A notable observation was regarding the service. While the staff were polite and professional, I didn’t feel the warmth or proactive customer service I’ve experienced at other 5-star hotels and resorts. Typically, staff greet guests warmly and make helpful inquiries about their stay, but here, their approach seemed more reserved and task-focused. Despite these minor points, we were thoroughly satisfied with our stay and look forward to returning in the future.

Nice resort that's right in front of the beach. It has great outdoor facilities, including big swimming pools, a spa, and a nice gym. I was a bit disappointed by the location and the room. It's great to be next to the beach, but there aren't any convenience stores, bars, or nice restaurants nearby. Although the room was spacious, it didn't have a proper shower. Just a bathtub with a showerhead. Beyond that, the bathroom was only separated to the bedroom by a curtain and the walls were quite thin so you could hear neighboring rooms. I had to hear a crying baby next to my room most days. I enjoyed spending time in the balcony though as it faced the beach. Overall it's a nice hotel but I feel it's not great value for money.

We enjoyed our stay at the Wyndham and would recommend people to stay here if you are wanting a beach/resort destination that is close to Hoi an. A few downsides were the breakfast food was average. Lots of options but quality was poor and most of it was cold. The fire alarms also went off three times within our five nights stay. Which is not their fault, but when it went off at 12am, it took them 11 minutes to turn off and I would expect it to be faster (someone smoking in the room). Lastly, we only had a bath in our room which is crazy so us. Didn’t realise that was even a thing so make sure you ask for a shower if you want a shower. Overall we did enjoy though
